The ministry people remember

People remember how your ministry makes them feel.

MinistryAutopilot helps your church turn ordinary moments of contact into lasting experiences of warmth, care, and belonging — so people feel known, stay connected, and want to bring someone with them.

What people carry with them

People may forget the details of a Sunday service. They rarely forget whether they felt welcomed.

A timely message. A personal invitation. Someone remembering their name. These small signs of care tell people, quietly and unmistakably, that they matter here. Over time, those moments become goodwill, trust, and a deeper connection to the ministry.

MinistryAutopilot helps your team create those moments consistently, even when the week gets busy. The technology stays in the background. The human feeling stays with the person.

4 DAYS, NO FOLLOW-UP
The quiet work behind connection

When people feel cared for, connection has room to grow.

The platform handles the reminders, invitations, records, and next steps so your team can give more attention to the people in front of them.

Contact records

Every visitor, member, and volunteer in one place — notes, tags, and history included.

Automated workflows

A new visitor gets a welcome text in minutes, a follow-up email on day 3, and a staff task by day 7 — automatically.

Visitor pipeline

See at a glance who’s new, who’s been contacted, and who’s fully connected — one board, no spreadsheet.

SMS & email broadcast

Service reminders, event announcements, and prayer requests, sent to the exact segment that needs them.

Forms & sign-ups

Connection cards, volunteer sign-ups, and event registration — all feeding straight into the pipeline.

Calendar & booking

Online scheduling with automated reminders for counseling, new-member meetings, and onboarding.

How the care becomes consistent

We build the system. Your people feel the difference.

Four practical steps create a dependable rhythm of welcome, communication, invitation, and care.

01

Onboarding Discovery Phase

A phone conversation and intake form help us understand your organization, your current tools, your communication needs, and the gaps you want to fix.

02

Custom build

We configure your account with your branding and workflows — built and tested before you touch it.

03

Live training

One session to show your team the pipeline, broadcasts, and the tasks they’ll use weekly.

04

Ongoing support

New workflow, a question, something not working — we’re a message away after handoff.

One welcome can become a lasting connection

Runs automatically

Day 0

Welcome text sent within 2 hours of their visit.

Day 1

Personal email from the ministry leader — written by you, sent for you.

Day 3

Invitation to a small group or upcoming event.

Day 7

A task lands with a staff member for a personal phone call.

Inside the platform

Your team sees the next person who needs care.

Behind every record is a real person, a family, or a new possibility for connection. The dashboard helps your team notice the next step and make it personal.

Questions

Common questions from ministry teams.

The platform is built for non-technical staff. We configure it, train your team on a live call, and stay available after that. You don’t need to know anything about software to run it day to day.

No — it complements it. Planning Center handles internal ministry management; this handles outbound communication and follow-up automation. Most ministries run both without any overlap.

Typically three weeks: the onboarding discovery phase and initial planning happen in week one, the build and review take place in week two, and training and launch happen in week three. After that, the automations run on their own.

Yes. As your ministry’s needs change, we adjust the workflows, add new ones, or reconfigure what’s already running — that’s part of ongoing support.

No long-term contract. If it’s not the right fit for your ministry, you let us know and we close things out cleanly.

One optional possibility
If it serves your ministry, we can help you give more.

Some ministries choose to add an optional fundraising program through The Bible Supplement. It can give people another practical way to support the ministry they value, while MinistryAutopilot helps you communicate the opportunity with the same warmth, clarity, and care as everything else you do.

This is completely optional and is not required to use MinistryAutopilot. The primary work is helping your people feel welcomed, remembered, and meaningfully connected.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

Give people a reason to come back — and invite someone with them.

Start with a short phone conversation and a simple intake form. We’ll learn how your ministry cares for people today, where connection is being lost, and how to help your team create more moments that feel personal, generous, and real.
